This was a stunning location close enough to the lovely Happy Valley Gardens and Conwy Castle. The breakfast was sensational with same amount of fee, cerials plus fruit, lovely and fine staff. Brilliant service, very good value for money, just what was needed. We were there for 1 night, overall had a fantastic stay.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very incompetent.

It has magnificent, amazing setting, near to the sea with a nice footpath to walk during a sunny day, the whole bay and more, and the local coffee shops. The accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff helps you in any way. Family room is recently decorated, has a reasonably clean bathroom.

Had very special stay on a short visit. The staff was accommodating, they blew my mind. The room was functional where the kettle was included. The breakfast was amazing and lovely at 9.50am, and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was amazing, right at the coast. I really enjoyed being in this place.
Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
